Execution of a narcotics search warrant resulted in felony charges being filed against two Wooldridge residents.
According to a probable-cause statement, authorities say they found a metal container of a white crystal substance; two capped needles containing blood and an unknown liquid; two metal spoons with white residue; four plastic baggies with white residue; stolen debit/credit cards; and digital scales.
Shelly D. Overstreet-James and Roy Dale Wiser have been charged with a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance; a Class E Felony for Keeping or Maintaining a Nuisance; and a misdemeanor for identity theft. Bond for each defendant has been set at $25,000 cash or surety.
An initial hearing for each of the accused is pending at Cooper County Circuit Court.
