June 15 is going to be a big day that will determine a lot of things, including the future possible opening of the Marshall Aquatic Center.
Marshall Parks and Recreation Director Chad Unterreiner says it’s a wait-and-see approach for now.

Unterreiner explains right now, the limit of patrons who would be allowed in the pool at any one time is just more than 50.

Unterreiner says the department’s plan is based on Governor Mike Parson’s “Show-Me Strong Recovery Plan” and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Unterreiner said the park board will reevaluate the situation with the pool and other amenities at the park which aren’t open or scheduled to reopen after Governor Parson’s update on June 15.
