A jury trial has been scheduled in the case against a 44 year old Windsor man charged with multiple sex-related felonies in 2018.
Authorities say on July 18, 2018, three juveniles alleged to authorities they were inappropriately touched during a sleep-over and pool party at a residence in Windsor on July 2 and 7.
Christopher Hidy is facing two counts of a Class C Felony for Third-Degree Child Molestation; a Class D Felony for Tampering or Attempt to Tamper with a Victim in a Felony Prosecution; and four counts of an Unclassified Felony for Statutory Sodomy or Attempted Sodomy.
A Pre-Trial Conference in Hidy’s case is set to be held at 9 a.m. on Monday, October 19, with a three-day Jury Trial set to begin at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at Henry County Circuit Court.
