A 37-year-old Stover resident charged with a felony for allegedly burglarizing a home in Otterville on June 2, has had his cause continued until next week.
Dustin Eugene Galloway is accused of unlawfully entering a residence in Otterville where he allegedly stole money from the homeowners wallet.
Galloway is charged with a Class B Felony for Burglary in the First Degree and a misdemeanor for stealing. Bond has been set at $10,000 cash or surety.
Galloway is scheduled for a Bond Reduction Hearing at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 30 at Cooper County Circuit Court.
