During the meeting of the Marshall City Council on Monday, July 6, Ward 4 Councilman Tom Hagedorn raised a concern about COVID-19.
Hagedorn is concerned as the number of positive cases is starting to climb again. City Administrator David Haugland said the lobby at the city offices building will be closed to the public again.

Ward 2 Councilman Kirk Arends continued the discussion.
