New Franklin School District sent out a memo to parents asking families to fill out their yearly enrollment forms online, if possible. A separate form must be filled out for each child that will be attending school Links to the enrollment forms can be found below, or on the school website.

Parents can also click here to view the updated COVID-19 protocols that the district will be following.  At the end of the document there is a page asking all students and their parents to sign and bring with them to school.

Parents with questions should contact the office of the school their child will be attending. The district is asking that these forms be filled out prior to the beginning of school.
