The Lafayette County C-1 School Board is scheduled to hold a special meeting on Thursday, August 6.

According to an updated agenda, the meeting will open with a public hearing that will include any comments from the district’s residents about the COVID-19 reentry plan.

The special-session meeting is scheduled to start immediately afterward.

Items on the agenda include discussions about calendar revisions, updated reentry procedures, a hybrid schedule start option and the county health department recommendations.

The public hearing is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. at a new location- the Lafayette County C-1 High School’s East Gym in Higginsville.
