Outdoor early-warning sirens are scheduled to be tested in several communities in Saline County on Wednesday, September 2.

According to a spokesperson at the Marshall Fire Department, sirens are scheduled to be tested sometime between 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. The tests are set to be conducted (in no particular order) in Marshall, Malta Bend, Slater, Sweet Springs, Miami, Arrow Rock, Gilliam, Grand Pass and Nelson.

All tests are weather permitting.
