A free COVID-19 testing event is scheduled for Tuesday, October 6, in the KMMO listening area.

According to a release from Lafayette County Health Department Director Tom Emmerson, the testing event will be held from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at The Crown at 7411 Outer Road in Odessa.

The event is being conducted by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services and the Missouri National Guard.
