Due to high winds and low humidity, Saline County Emergency Management Director Tony Day has issued a Burn Advisory for Saline County for the rest of the Wednesday, November 18, 2020.

At approximately 1:30 p.m. the Marshall Fire Department was called out to a very large fire.

Burning of any kind is not recommended.

The National Weather service has issued a Wind Advisory for Cooper, Howard, Johnson, Lafayette, Pettis and Saline counties from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday.
