With weather conditions continuing to deteriorate around the area, including icy road conditions, some schools are out today.

According to school administrators, Hardin-Central and Northwestern at Mendon will be closed and not be having classes today. In addition, Norborne R-8 Schools are closed, however, the students will learn virtually today. Miami R-1 School also is closed due to having no heat.
