
Ralph Palmer Jr., age 61, of Slater, MO, died Saturday, February 27, 2021 at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 4, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with William W. Harlow officiating. Burial will follow at Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Visitation will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Born May 22, 1959 in Malta Bend, MO, he was the son of the late Ralph Palmer Sr. and Ruth Ann Rader Palmer. On March 10, 1978 he married Patty Winfrey who survives of the home. Ralph lived in Saline County his entire life and was currently working for Miller Pipeline as a machine operator. He had previously worked for Infra Source as a machine operator and David Brown Farms. Ralph enjoyed spending time with family and friends, going to the lake, fishing and trail riding. He was a Baptist.
In addition to his wife, Patty; he is survived by two children, Brandon Palmer (Kahtrena) and Tara Meyer (Troy), all of Gilliam; three grandchildren: Keyton Meyer, MacKenzi Palmer and Emerson Meyer; his step-mother, Flora Palmer of Preston; one sister, Joyce Ann Holland of Marshall; two brothers, Ronnie Tumlinson of Weaubleau and Zach Palmer of Bolivar; one step-sister, Dawn Short of Florida; one step-brother, Bill Sprague of Buffalo; his mother-in-law, Cora Winfrey of Marshall; as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
