Bothwell Community Health Center is scheduled to host a community COVID-19 vaccination event this week.
According to minutes from the Pettis County COVID-19 Task Force meeting on Monday, March 22, the clinic to administer the free COVID-19 vaccinations to eligible Missouri residents is scheduled to be held Friday, March 26, at the Missouri State Fairgrounds in Sedalia. Currently, Missouri is vaccinating Phase 1A and all Tiers of Phase 1B. COVID-19 testing is available at the Bothwell walk-in clinic for those with signs and symptoms of the virus. Those persons should visit the clinic to be seen by a provider or call their provider’s office. The drive-thru testing location has been closed.
The walk-in clinic is open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday on the first floor of the Healing Arts Center at 3700 West 10th Street in Sedalia. Drive-up testing is no longer available at the Sheep Pavilion on the Missouri State Fairgrounds.
