More than three million doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered to Missouri residents.

According to the state’s COVID-19 Dashboard, as of early Monday, April 19, 3,410,665 total doses have been administered. More than 2.1 million residents have initiated the vaccination cycle, and 1.425 million residents have been fully vaccinated.

In Saline County, 25 percent of the residents have completed the vaccination cycle- or 5,685 of the county’s 22,761 persons. Just more than 7,000 persons have initiated the COVID-19 regimen or 30.8 percent.

Saline County Health Department Administrator Tara Brewer says a COVID-19 first-dose clinic is scheduled for Wednesday, April 21, at the health department. She says it will be the last “clinic” as the market is saturated. She says, “We hope to make giving COVID vaccine part of our daily schedule.”

Statistics in Carroll County are: 4,640 doses have been administered; 2,641 have initiated the COVID-19 regimen (30.4 percent); and 2,241 have completed the vaccination cycle (25.8 percent).

In Chariton County: 3,208 doses have been administered; 1,836 have initiated the COVID-19 regimen (24.7 percent); and 1,432 have completed the vaccination cycle (19.3 percent).

In Cooper County: 8,633 doses have been administered; 5,011 have initiated the COVID-19 regimen (28.3 percent); and 3,704 have completed the vaccination cycle (20.9 percent).

In Howard County: 5,162 doses have been administered; 2,948 have initiated the COVID-19 regimen (29.5 percent); and 2,241 have completed the vaccination cycle (22.4 percent).

In Lafayette County: 16,118 doses have been administered; 9,321 have initiated the COVID-19 regimen (28.5 percent); and 7,269 have completed the vaccination cycle (22.2 percent).

And in Pettis County: 19,469 doses have been administered; 11,277 have initiated the COVID-19 regimen (26.6 percent); and 8,380 have completed the vaccination cycle (19.8 percent).
