A 45-year-old Windsor man charged with multiple sex-related felonies for incidents nearly three years ago changed his plea in court this week.
In July of 2018, three juveniles alleged to authorities they were inappropriately touched during a sleep-over and pool party at a residence in Windsor.
According to court documents, Christopher Hidy, who originally pleaded not guilty, changed his plea to guilty during a court proceeding on Monday to two counts of a Class C Felony for Third-Degree Child Molestation; a Class D Felony for Tampering or Attempt to Tamper with a Victim in a Felony Prosecution; and four counts of an Unclassified Felony for Statutory Sodomy or Attempted Sodomy.
Hidy is scheduled to be sentenced at 3 p.m. on Monday, July 19, at Henry County Circuit Court.
