The Carroll County Health Department is providing a Baby Care Center at the First Friday Event from 6 to 10 p.m. on July 2. This family-friendly event will be held on the Carrollton Square.

The Baby Care Center will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Carroll County Chamber Office at 1 South Main Street.

It offers a comfortable place to feed babies, pump or change diapers.
