The Saline County Veterans’ Memory Walk of Honor brick committee sponsored a book signing event Friday, July 2, at the Wood & Huston Bank Community Room on the Marshall Square.

Author Jeremy Amick signed copies of his various books, including “Show-Me Veterans”. D-Day survivor Jack Sandwith, whose story also is featured in the book, attended the event.

Bryce Lockwood, the only Marine who survived the attack on the ship LIBERTY in 1967, autographed copies of his biography “Liberty’s Wounds”.

Amick says you can purchase his books online at Amazon or Barnes and Noble.
