A 46-year-old Windsor man facing multiple sex-related felony charges for incidents more than three years ago changed his plea in court earlier this year.
In July of 2018, three juveniles alleged to authorities they were inappropriately touched during a sleep-over and pool party at a residence in Windsor.
According to court documents, Christopher Hidy, who originally pleaded not guilty, changed his plea to guilty during a court proceeding in April to two counts of a Class C Felony for Third-Degree Child Molestation; a Class D Felony for Tampering or Attempt to Tamper with a Victim in a Felony Prosecution; and four counts of an Unclassified Felony for Statutory Sodomy or Attempted Sodomy.
Hidy is scheduled to be sentenced at 3 p.m. on Monday, July 19, at Henry County Circuit Court.
