The Chariton County Health Center will be having a Health Fair on Thursday, July 22, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Some things to be offered include: reduced-cost lab draws that will not require a physician’s order; free blood-pressure checks; and car-seat inspections.

Also, there will be a sign up for the Women, Infants and Children program (WIC) and for CCHC’s smoking-cessation program for women of childbearing age and pregnant women.

There also are several labs from which you can choose.
