Pettis County Deputies responded to an incident of an individual who reported being robbed at gunpoint on Wednesday, July 28.

Officials say an investigation revealed that one adult male, identified as Calvin Waller, of Sedalia, and two juveniles, allegedly physically assaulted the victim and pointed a handgun in the victim’s face. Money and other items were stolen from the victim at gunpoint and later recovered by deputies.

The three suspects were taken into custody with the juveniles later being released.

Court documents say Waller is charged with a Class A Felony for Robbery, Armed Criminal Action and Unlawful Use of Weapon. Bond is set at $100,000 cash or surety.

Waller’s arraignment was scheduled for 1:15 p.m. Thursday, July 29. His next court appearance is pending at Pettis County Circuit Court.
