The Miss Higginsville Country Fair Pageant Committee has announced changes to this year’s event scheduled for Sunday, September 12.

The committee says three contestants will compete for the title in the pageant, which will be held in the auditorium at Higginsville City Hall.

Because of space limitations and limited seating, the pageant will not be open to the general public. However, contestants will be issued tickets for friends and family to attend. Tickets must be presented to be admitted.
