
Governor Mike Parson announced Missouri’s championship trophies and professional sports memorabilia are scheduled to be on display in the Missouri State Capitol on one day this week.
Viewing of the trophies and memorabilia will be open to the public from 8 a.m. through 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 18.
During Governor Parson’s Bicentennial Tour, he stated this will be the first time all Missouri trophies will be at the Missouri State Capitol building.
In addition to this display, Governor Parson extended an invitation to all Missourians to join him in Jefferson City on Saturday for the Bicentennial Parade and Bicentennial Inaugural Ball.
The parade is scheduled to be held at 10 a.m., the Grand March is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. – with the Inaugural Ball following at 8:30 p.m.
Pre-registration for the ball has closed. Limited in-person registration will be available.
