A Boonville teen who is charged with multiple sex-related felonies involving a juvenile has a court proceeding set for this week.

According to a report from a Boonville Police officer, a 12-year-old girl told authorities Ywhwshua Eliyah LaMoore had forced her to have sexual intercourse with him and other sexual acts at his residence.

Court documents say LaMoore is charged with felonies for sexual abuse in the first degree; child molestation in the third degree; statutory rape or attempted statutory rape in the first degree with a person less than 14 years old; and sodomy or attempted sodomy in the first degree.

LaMoore, who was indicted by a Grand Jury, pleaded not guilty on February 22. His next hearing is set for 9 a.m. Monday, October 25, at Cooper County Circuit Court.
