An area law-enforcement agency is asking for help from the public in locating a man with an active warrant.

According to the Sedalia Police Department’s Crime Resolution Unit, 27-year-old Travis M. Riedl is wanted for parole violation- dangerous drugs; and delivery of a controlled substance. Riedl is described as white and 6-foot tall and 150 pounds.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Riedl is urged to contact the Sedalia Police Department’s Crime Resolution Unit; or, if outside of Sedalia, contact your local law-enforcement agency. You can remain anonymous.

Authorities say you should not take any police action yourself.
