State Senator Denny Hoskins, a Republican, of Warrensburg, recently discussed Senate Resolution 436, which makes a rule change to the Missouri Senate.

Senator Hoskins says he opposes the resolution.

Senator Hoskins says groups have come out in opposition of the resolution, as well.
