A 50-year-old Quakertown, Pennsylvania, resident who allegedly had more than 40 pounds of a controlled substance inside his vehicle after a traffic stop in Cooper County last summer is scheduled to be in court.

According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a trooper says he located psychedelic mushrooms and approximately 42 pounds of marijuana in the man’s truck on August 27, 2021.

According to court documents, Isaac Neel Kennedy is charged with two counts of a felony for delivery of a controlled substance. Kennedy posted $50,000 surety bond on August 31.

Kennedy’s next hearing is scheduled to be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 29, at Cooper County Circuit Court.
