Francis Bemboom, age  71, of Marshall, formerly of Carrollton, died Thursday, April 7, 2022, at his home.

Memorial graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 15, 2022, at Carroll Memory Gardens Cemetery in Carrollton. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to family choice. Friends may sign the online register book at www.campbell-lewis.com.

Born October 8, 1950, in Cole County, MO, he was the son of the late John Bemboom and Antonette Distler Bemboom. On March 25, 1973, he married Patricia Sue Womack Kelly who preceded him in death on November 7, 2009. He lived in Marshall the past several years, moving from Slater, and retired from ConAgra after 33 1/2 years of service. He loved to go to the races.

Survivors include three stepchildren, Marvin Kelly (Lissa) of Carrollton, Dorothy Griffin (Charlie) of Sweet Springs and Pam Wohlgemuth (Randy) of Slater; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a grandson; one sister, Loretta Penner; two brothers, Charlie Bemboom and Herbert Bemboom; one niece; and one nephew.
