The jury trial for a Warrensburg man charged with multiple felonies after he allegedly killed another man more than two years ago is set for this week.

A felony complaint alleges Wayne Lewis Hill Jr. knowingly caused the death of Joseph Campbell by shooting him- while a 3-year-old child and an infant were in the room- on or about March 7, 2020.

Court documents say Hill is charged with several felonies, including second-degree murder.

Hill’s four-day jury trial is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. Tuesday, May 10, at Johnson County Circuit Court.
