Members of the Sedalia Police Department invite the public to attend the agency’s 27th Annual Peace Officer’s Memorial Ceremony.

A press release says during the ceremony, the department will pay tribute to the members of the law-enforcement profession within the state of Missouri who have lost their lives in the performance of duty in the last 12 months.

The ceremony is scheduled to be held at 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 15, at the police department.
