UPDATE

Two Johnson County men have court appearances scheduled on possession and promotion of child pornography.  The Patrol was assisted by Knob Noster Police and Warrensburg Police.

Investigators arrested Hunter Harrell of Knob Noster and Owen Anderson of Warrensburg. Both men were transported to the Johnson County Jail.

According to court documents, Harrell was charged with three counts of alleged possession of child pornography and one count of promoting child pornography. Anderson was charged with alleged possession of child pornography and promoting child pornography.

No bond has been set for either men.

Harrell has a counsel status review and bond hearing scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 1, 2023 and Anderson has an initial appearance scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 1, 2023, both at Johnson County Circuit Court.
