A Green Ridge man charged with several drug-related felonies after an incident on January 3, 2023 has been indicted by a grand jury in Pettis County.

According to a probable cause statement, Pettis County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched to a residence in Green Ridge in reference to a verbal disturbance. Authorities located drug paraphernalia in plain view, which resulted in the application and subsequent granting of a search warrant for the residence. The Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force helped in obtaining the search warrant.

During warrant service, more drug paraphernalia associated with opioid use was located in addition to just under 2 grams of a substance testing positive for Fentanyl. Methamphetamine was also located. Jonathan Dubois was arrested after the search.

According to court documents, Dubois was charged with trafficking drugs in the second degree, possession of a controlled substance, and endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs in the first degree.

No bond has been set in the case.

Dubois was indicted on Thursday, March 2, 2023 and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at Pettis County Circuit Court.
