The Concordia Board of Aldermen discussed amendments to the city’s Home Occupation License, Business Regulation License, and the regulations for mobile food vendors during its meeting on Monday, March 6.

The board had lengthy discussions about the updates to each ordinance. City Administrator Dale Klussman said the board will vote to approve the updated versions at the next meeting.

The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 20.

In other news, Klussman said he requested permission to conduct a public forum about an upcoming CDBG Project.

Klussman said the city has already received funding for the project. Klussman hopes to have the project engineer at the public forum to discuss the next steps for the project. An official date for the public forum has not been set, but Klussman hopes to hold it sometime in April.
