The Marshall Board of Education approved the sale of Southeast Elementary School during its meeting on Tuesday, August 8.

Marshall School Superintendent Caleb Petet gave the board an update on the process the district has been engaged in over the last several months.

The contract is with Best Life Properties, LLC. The board approved the sale for $67,950.

The board also approved the appointment of Board President Bryon Jacques as the agent for the transaction.
