The Sweet Springs Board of Aldermen approved a bid for waterline pipe during its meeting on Monday, August 14.

The city receieved three bids for the pipe with the lowest bid from Core and Main. The city accepted the bid at a cost of $89,796.27.

In other news, the board renewed the Liability and Property Insurance for the city. A renewal quote of $46,382 was accepted from Assured Partners of Missouri for the insurance. The bid also included Terrorism Insurance Coverage in the package.
