The Pettis County Commission presented a proclamation congratulating bull rider Chase Gemes for his accomplishments at the World Championship Miniature Bull Riders Finals at 9:30 a.m. Friday, November 3.

Gemes finished first in the Missouri Category and eighth in the world.

The Commission commended his unwavering spirit, dedication, and resolve. The Commission looks forward to witnessing his continued success and the inspiration he provides to others in the community.
