The Glasgow Police Department responded to a report at the 600 block of Howard Street on Saturday.

The reporting party informed the responding officer that an elderly woman had been kicked out from a nearby house, and wandered into the reporting parties house.

The reporting party explained that the elderly woman’s son lived in that home, that she was run out of.

The officer spoke to the elderly woman, who mentioned issues with her son, 41-year-old Jessie Edward Williams.

The elderly woman claimed she left on her own accord due to an argument between Williams and his girlfriend.

The Glasgow Police Department was able to come in contact with Williams and Victim 1, that were in the residence that the elderly woman had come from.

Victim 1, and the elderly woman disclosed that Williams had assaulted them.

During the conversation, Victim 1 expressed fear of Williams and revealed additional injuries on her arms inflicted during the altercation.

Williams has been charged with domestic assault in the third degree, and bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
