Four area residents were injured in a four-wheeler accident in Lafayette County on Sunday, March 31.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred when a four-wheeler driven bu Shaun Hicks ran off the the east side of the roadway and overturned.

Hicks and three passengers were injured in the crash. The other passengers included Brayden Hicks, Leanna Myers, and a three-year-old juvenile.

The accident occurred at 4:30 p.m. at 103 Lake Paradise Road in Lafayette County.
