Alberta L. Griffitt, 82, of Marshall, MO, died Sunday, June 30, 2024, at Legendary Nursing and Rehab in Marshall.

Born December 23, 1941, in Marshall, MO, she was the daughter of the late Everett Mills and Vesper Sapp Mills. In December of 1983, she married Dannie Griffitt who survives. Alberta enjoyed canning, crocheting, working crossword puzzles, reading, watching Hallmark movies and spending time with family.

Survivors include her husband, Dannie; four children, Allen Gross, Glenn Gross (Beth), Michele Gross and Brenda Brackman (Bart); eight grandchildren, Sara (Kyle), Cody, Alicia, Tiffany, Elizabeth, Grayson, Brooke (Sean) and Bradley (Nicole); 22 great-grandchildren; one sister, Barbara Stockman; and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Alberta was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Mills and Eugene Mills.
