The remnants of Hurricane Beryl washed out Tuesday night’s start to the two-game series between the Kansas City Royals and St Louis Cardinals.

A day-night doubleheader is set for Wednesday at Busch Stadium, with the first game set for 12:45 p.m. and the second game remaining at 6:45 p.m. Fans with tickets to Tuesday night’s game will be able to use those for the Wednesday matinee.

The twin bill for Wednesday means that the Royals will adjust their rotation, with Wednesday’s intended starter Alec March taking the bump for the first game. Michael Wacha will start the evening contest. As for the Cardinals, Andre Pallante will start the first game, with the second game’s starter not yet announced.

KMMO AM 1300 will have game one, with pregame at noon. KMMO FM 102.9 will have game two, with pregame at 6 p.m.
