
Two were injured after a collision along westbound Interstate-70 early Friday morning.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when a vehicle driven by a 19-year-old Kansas City man struck a towed vehicle on I-70 at Mile Marker 64. The vehicle then traveled into the median.
Two passengers in the vehicle were injured in the accident. A 24-year-old Grandview man had moderate injuries and a 27-year-old Kansas City man had minor injuries Both were transported to Fitzgibbon Hospital for treatment.
The accident occurred at 4 a.m. on I-70 in Saline County.
