The Missouri Department of Transportation has announced its closing a section of Route YY for an emergency culvert replacement.

A spokesman with MoDOT says crews will be replacing the tube from 7 a.m. to about 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 12. Route YY will be closed from Idaho Avenue to 200th Road in Saline County.

All work is weather permitting.
