The victim also reportedly ran to officer and hid behind their patrol vehicle upon their arrival. Miller was arrested and taken into custody, where he refused to provide a statement, according to the Marshall Police Department.

Miller is facing felony charges for kidnapping in the second degree and domestic assault in the third degree. Bond has been set at $20,000 cash only with no contact with the alleged victim. Court dates are pending at Saline County Circuit Court.
