A one-vehicle crash south of Sedalia Thursday, Apr. 2 injured the vehicle’s driver.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that the crash occurred around 8:30 p.m. on Route U south of Anderson School Road, when a northbound car driven by a 40-year-old woman from Sedalia went off the roadway and struck a tree. She was taken to a nearby hospital. Troopers note that the woman had not been wearing her seat belt at the time of the crash.
