Marshall-Saline Development Corporation Director Conner Swift announced that the Board of Directors approved a general services agreement with Business of Child Care following an executive session held Tuesday, April 14.
The Business of Childcare is a consulting group that aims to help rural and small-town communities solve child care challenges. Swift tells KMMO News that he hope the group will help MSDC come up with a plan to address Saline County’s childcare needs.
Swift says the group will be meeting with MSDC and other community partners over the next three months.
The Marshall-Saline Development Corporation will hold its next meeting on Tuesday, May 12.
