At the meeting of the Marshall City Council on Monday, August 17, Marshall Tourism Commission’s Mary Keller announced an award recipient.

Keller presented the second annual Tourism Advocate Award.

Keller said the museum’s mission is to preserve and promote aviation history, to educate and inspire, and to honor the achievements in aviation advancement that took place in Marshall.

Keller then presented the award to Larry Morgan and Brian and Barb Berlin. Keller continued: “they were the ones with the vision that really put this forward. They were also the ones who were able to find the staff to make that marketing plan go forward that is instrumental in so much of their success.”
