An Edwards man is facing drug-related felony charges in Pettis County.

According to a report from the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office, on January 5, a confidential informant told authorities that Bradley Kumberg was in possession of a large amount of methamphetamine.

Authorities located Kumberg, and with the help of a canine, searched his vehicle. Authorities say they found a Ziploc bag containing more than 53 grams of methamphetamine; several new baggies; digital scales; three used syringes; and several other drug-related items.

Kumberg posted $15,000 surety bond on January 8 which was forfeited on January 19 when he failed to appear for his initial appearance.

A Failure to Appear Warrant has been issued and bond is now set at $50,000 cash or surety. Kumberg’s next court proceeding is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, February 23 at Pettis County Circuit Court.
