Two Warrensburg men collided their watercraft Sunday, July 6 at the Lake of the Ozarks, resulting in one of them needing treatment at a nearby hospital.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that the two men, ages 34 and 32, were performing stunts too close to each other in the Big Niangua Arm of the lake around 9:35 a.m. One of them began to idle, when the other struck the personal watercraft, ejecting the driver. The 34-year-old was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of minor injuries. troopers say both men were wearing the proper safety gear at the time of the collision.
