The Pettis County Sheriff’s Department, along with detectives from the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force and the Sedalia Police Department, executed a narcotics related search warrant at a residence on East Broadway in Sedalia on Thursday, December 11.

Authorities detained 40-year-old Donna Jones and 35-year-old Marcus Iman while executing the search warrant. A search of the residence led to the recovery of approximately 115 grams of methamphetamine, 2 types of controlled pills, various drug paraphernalia, an AR-15 style rifle, 2 boxes of various ammunition, and over $3,400 in US currency.

Jones has been charged with a felony for possession of a controlled substance with a $7,500 bond. Iman is facing felony charges for trafficking drugs in the second degree, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon, and unlawful possession of a firearm. His bond was set at $75,000 cash or surety.

Authorities note that Iman is currently on parole from the Missouri Department of Corrections.
