The City of Knob Noster has lifted the boil advisory that residents were under this weekend.

City administrator Cameron Jackson tells KMMO News that test results received around 6 p.m. Sunday, May 3, 2026 came back negative for any kind of harmful contaminants. The boil advisory had gone into effect Saturday morning, after crews discovered two leaks in the city’s water system Friday evening and completed repairs. Water service is now back to normal for customers of Knob Noster’s water system.
