Marshall Municipal Utilities General Manager Kyle Gibbs talked about several projects that were positive for his agency throughout this past year during his annual report at the city council meeting on Tuesday, February 20.
Gibbs said the THM project should be complete in the next few months.

Gibbs also said the 161kV tie project is on schedule to be finished up before the end of 2018.

Gibbs also said all they have to do now is move into the new warehouse, which has been constructed. He said they hope to be moved in and using the facility by this summer. Gibbs also said 1,500 LED street lights have been installed in lieu of the high-pressure sodium lights. He said they are about a third of the way through the program and hope to finish it up in the next year or two.
